I lost the key to the side lock on the battery. So, I can’t remove the battery from the frame of the bike. The battery is locked into place and can’t be removed. I can’t turn on the display screen and the screen isn’t turning on when I press the power button for a long time (which I noticed that it was it was taking a long time to boot and light up even before I lost the key to the battery). When plugged into the charging cable, the light on the battery shows it is fully charged and lights up to the second to last bar, but the final bar stays red. Is the reason the bike/display screen won’t turn on due to the key problem? Do I need to order a new key to turn the bike on? Or is something else wrong with the display/power attachment? Like the connections to screen display or power button? Could the screen/power device be broken instead? (There also might be an issue getting my front headlight to turn on, even after the bike is on.) How do I order a new battery key? Of course, this could be due to my son misinstalling the connection wires. He is not bike-experienced and, obviously, neither am I!! The key is the most logical place to start to solve this problem. Can you also show a photo of what the key looks like? I have many “extra sets” of bike lock keys floating around here. My son is notorious for losing keys, but I usually have them somewhere. I don’t want to force the wrong key and accidentally break the lock either. Bike repair is complex Indeed!

The upgrade is worth it you can feel the torque difference on all levels. Going from 1300 watts 90 nm to 2000 watts 100 nm. Acceleration is way better on throttle it would be nice if this came stock or the option to upgrade before checkout.

I received mine yesterday and my goodness did Torah show out on this bike! I own the RCS and the CCX and the JCP has them beat. It comes with virtually everything, a horn, mirror, phone charger, turn signals on front and back, and a remote alarm. He thought of absolutely everything! And it comes almost assembled, just put on the pedals and handlebars and away you go! I absolutely love Juiced bikes!

You need to also need point out if you just lightly scratch the torque senson while doing so, it will break, and replacing it will cost $200!

My ebikes are in a tin shed with a concrete base and there's a reason for that. Not all aftermarket batteries are bad. I look at genuine reviews and the amount of units sold. Proper machine built are best and are usually rigorously tested before being released for sale.

Ask any bike shop owner about Juice customer support. Crickets…it is non existent. Better yet try calling Juice and contacting customer support. Crickets. Such a hard pass.

I like the 60:11 gear ratio for 28mph or above. No other folding bike comes close to that. And Shimano Altus that’s nice. Not to mention a torque sensor. Sounds like a great riding experience.

Great video! Is there are recommendation you have on how to keep the battery dry if I were to get caught in the rain? I understand the battery is water resistant but not water proof. Does this mean I could ride in heavy rain, but not swim with it per se? ;)

Hi. I am 6’3” tall how wouid the fit be on the JetCurrent Pro for a person of my height? Wouid the seat post have to be adjusted up to the highest point or would the seat post still have several inches left in the seat post tube ? Also would my knees almost be touching my lower body when pedaling? Does having 20 inch tires make the rider pedal twice as much more than if they were on a 26 inch tire bike ? Or does the new bigger chain ring make up the difference in the pedaling? I need answers ASAP so I can make my decision. Thank you , I know that Torra is tall 6’3” or talker like me and he is able to ride the JetCurrent Pro

It’s too heavy period. Your pushing a fat tired small bike and battery depletion will happen faster. It’s not complicated math.

so you need two adults to both weigh less than 137 for this attachment to be used? i know they're saying that for insurance purposes but that makes this attachment unusable to 99% of couples. 160 and 120 is too heavy wtf

does anyone know how the controller knows your speed?, you would think it would have to look at wheel size and rpm of the motor right?. but i did an experiment where i set the wheel size to its minimum, meaning that the bike thinks is going slower than it is, - and while this effect does show up on the display as slower mph, - the throttle still stops right at 20mph. - so how does it know? is there gps built in?

Have had my RipRacer for a year and a half and put 1300 miles on it. Nothing has changed. It still goes fast, battery last’s as long as it did new, and I have never broken a single part on it. I’m honestly astonished on how well this bike runs and for the price it’s absurd how good the quality is. I’m disappointed to see its not as popular as big company’s such as rad and super 73 but I do see some out in the wild sometimes. In my opinion, it’s the best 750 watt e-bike ever made, good job Juiced!! (Also if you don’t mind answering, is there any front suspension fork that will fit the RipRacer?)

I wish the 5mm bolt removal on the chain tensioner was that easy. Mine is seized up. Tried heat and penetrant. Won’t budge. Any suggestions? Removing wheel for inner tube replace. Video helpful btw :)

Yesterday I rode my bike in rain and today when I started it, it stopped working. I don’t what I should do. When I try to increase the speed through the controller, it goes to zero immediately. I don’t know what I should do. Please give me some insights on this issue!

I turned everything off if I’m leaving my bike for an extended period of time I unlock and take my battery. I use a U-bolt to connect my frame to a harden structure and then I take a cable lock and I connect my front tire to my bicycle and sometimes to the same hard structure. If I can find some more locks, I’d put those on.

Funny I ride my aerial rider 52 V through the rain, snow, sleet, and it’s even been in -60 below zero weather here in North Dakota with 3 feet of snow on the road and I’ve been doing this since 2021 and never had one issue I ride that bike every single day 5 miles to work and 5 miles home. It has 7800 miles on it and all I’ve done is change three sets of tires and five sets of break shoes that’s it.

To set odometer to its actual mileage of 5900 I had to switch to metric, provide Kilometer equivalent, and then revert to imperial.

hello. how many charge cycles are the g2 batteries? I purchased a city scrambler in 2020 with the older battery and its starting to lose its capacity. Riding in eco mode with occasional throttle I lose 2-3bars now with barely 6miles of riding. Thinking about upgrading to the g2.

My hyperscrambler is almost at 3k miles and still going strong. It’s an excellent bike overall but my only criticism is that it’s hard to get stuff fixed when things break
